Abhyangam is a very useful and easy skill to learn, all you need is an internet connection and a model to practice on. It is recommended to use sesame, coconut, almond or olive oil to start with, in the course you will learn other Ayurvedic medicated oils which you can introduce to your practice.

Abhyangam is considered Rasayana (rejuvenation) in Ayurveda and should be done every day.
